4. How we process the data
Data is processed by electronic means, by authorised personnel, with appropriate security measures. If you set your e-mail client not to download images automatically, the pixel is not loaded.
5. Recipients of the data
Data may be disclosed to parties that process it on our behalf as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, in particular Brevo, provider of the platform used to send and manage newsletters, which stores subscription and tracking data. Data is not disseminated. An up-to-date list of processors is available on request at the address in section 1.
6. Retention period
- Contact data: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
- Individual tracking data: stored by Brevo until you withdraw your consent to tracking; no automatic deletion period is set.
- Proof of consent: kept for as long as necessary to protect our rights after withdrawal or unsubscription.
- List of contacts who asked not to receive further communications: kept for as long as necessary to ensure that no further messages are sent to you.
7. How to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before withdrawal:
- through the link in the footer of every e-mail, which allows you to unsubscribe from the newsletter or to turn off tracking only while continuing to receive our communications;
- from the preference management page of this website;

Refusing or withdrawing consent to tracking does not limit in any way your receipt of the newsletter.

To exercise them, write to the address in section 1 or to the controller’s PEC.
